This company is straight trash how you go from October 2023 to November 2023 now own my credit that’s how you know this company is fraud haven’t worked in years and they put a fraud account on my credit report that’s how you know this company’is fraud then they putting late fees on some me you don’t know nothing about then the company is base in Columbus Indiana whoever heard of this case company I m going to blast this scammer’s on the news and every where else I can

I continuously get calls regarding a person I have not spoken to or seen in 30 years. They have called me at least 10 times. I have at least two conversations in which, I too recorded, clearly asking not to be called again while citing law. At this point I am going to file a formal complaint.

So I will say this is a legit company, to anyone who may be concerned that they’re scam callers or anything. BUT, the employees they have working the phones are incredibly rude.

Update: Received yet another call today. I reiterated that I needed written verification as I told the last lady. The woman who called me said I was who she talked to on the 27th. I tried to tell her she in fact was not who I talked to and she got crappy and was insistant that she is who I talked to. Checked call records and I did not speak to anyone on the 27th, just had a missed call on that date. Either theyre talking to someone who isnt me or something isn't making sense.
