These people work their employees to death. They have no air conditioning or heat. They regularly miss paychecks. Awful management.
One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Ordered an item in February ---the delivery date seemed reasonable. This was the last item in a client's bathroom reno and only important because of the finish-color. The thing never came---Allied sent an email pushing-back the delivery date---then nothing. There are many businesses out there that have no idea what customer service means. Allied Brass is NOT one of them. My wife and I ordered an item from Allied Brass through a Big Box store. When I saw that the item wasn't moving via the FedEx tracking number I reached out to the Big Box store. The Big Box store representative was friendly but not helpful.
