Ordered items in March and still have not received them in September. I was promised a partial refund when I asked to cancel part of the order in May but now checking my records in September I see the refund never arrived. 6 months and no refund or order. Unless I get a prompt response, I will be pursuing a charge back.
Terrible experience with Allied Brass. Ordered a towel bar, promised a delivery timeline. Delivery timeline not met. Asked to cancel order. Order cancelled no refund. Here I am 6 weeks later still waiting on the refund. They give you false promises saying that the "refund manager" will check on it. A refund manager...what a joke. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company.
I placed an order for a towel bar and toilet paper holder back in May. The products have been delayed twice. I was supposed to get them over a month ago and they still haven’t arrived. Now the company is ghosting me. I have no idea what the status of the order is.
We really like the simple products we have received. Knobs look great. Unfortunately we also ordered a matching toilet paper holder in January. Received it in February. No quality control. What they shipped us was manufactured incorrectly and impossible to use. We were given order completion dates for the correct item in March and April. Finally received a replacement piece this week. It was wrong. Super frustrating....
