An update to my initial review (below) : About a hour after I posted the review, I got a call from Robert. I was unable to take the call , but he did reach out again a few hours later. He apologized and attempted to refund my credit card, but for some reason, that was not possible through his credit card processing service. He offered to Venmo me and I agreed. I ordered a product from this company and I can’t describe how frustrating it is and continues to be. I placed the order in May 2025 and here we are in January 2026 and I still do not have my item. It has not even shipped. I have called at least 5 times throughout that period and each time I am assured it will get shipped out the next week. Do not do business with this company if you want to be confident in ever actually receiving your item.
I placed a small order and nothing indicated it would take several weeks to ship out. After the order was placed I got an email saying it would be over a month. Once I did finally get my order it was nice but it would be helpful to let customers know the time frame before ordering.
Please note, if you plan to buy, they are very deceiving. Website after checkout promised a 2 week delivery, then an email arrived stating they might be shipped in December. A call to them with an overseas employee said my order was not a priority and would not ship this year. You have lost my business and everyone I told about you, including 2 very large US builders. When you rely on brass and parts from outside the US, yet you claim the product is US made with global parts??! Please update your website to reflect these shi... read more
