Terrible place...people are rude who work here...no real knowledge of moving...
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Our movers ALLIED ALASKA stole our items!!!! We just got them delivered finally three months later in Hawaii and not only did they purposely mis-label boxes and item numbers, they took the serial numbers off of our high value items and stole them. This needs to be investigated immediately, I can point out the exact to guilty employees and will be taking this as far as necessary for an immediate resolution. I'm giving a negative 5 for predatory practices. These guys started with a terrible estimate which ended up being a third of the weight and costing us 3x the original estimate. So never trust the estimate they give you. Then we get our stuff and the amount of wrapping was insane. They even wrapped the plastic totes in paper. The wrapped some plastic milk crates in about 1-2 lbs of paper. In reality materials should only make up 10% of the weight but in reality I'm gonna estimate 30% of the weight was materials.
