Very disappointed with this shop. They don’t reply to emails, and when you call, they just tell you what you want to hear. A week later, my order was canceled without any notice. Very poor customer service.

Called in to replace my bmx pedals and chain. Received a warm welcome from Maksym who even took the time to make sure both parts were installed correctly and all with a smile. Thanks again Maksym will definitely be back in the future!
