Grossly Overcharged for services. Used them for the ERTC small business tax credit and they take 30% of the total, charging all services at a rate of $375/ hour for routine formulaic work product. Another business owner I know had their payroll company submit the forms automatically and got their refund within weeks. We are 12 months in with a huge bill to pay and still no ERTC funds yet. Had we known, we never would have used them. Ripoff.
