I've been a member for well over 30 years. Recently one of my coworkers was telling me what a horrible experience he had with Alliant. He paid off his car but they sent his title to his old address in another state. His information was up-to-date at the credit union but their mistake. They refuse to help sorry but it's his problem and he has to get it resolved. I went on the website to get some information. This Bank in general has no respect for any of their clients regardless of their status or any human dignity.
I would give it more stars but since the Willis tower location is only accessible to United employees and no other tenants it gets a 1.
