Worst credit union I have ever dealt with. They do NOT value their members and lead with their actions. Horribly managed accounts, hour to two hour long wait times, the worst communication, they will close your account without communicating and good luck trying to rectify ANY issue even small issues take hours to try to “fix.” They use third party customer Sevag e to “help” their members and even STILL wait times are hours long!! Don’t waste your time with this company!
