The manager is so rude. Almost every interaction I've had with her she was condescending. I've seen her talk rudely to her employees in front of customers when they were just asking training questions. She makes not want to go up there. And if you refuse to train your employees or are rude to them when they are trying to learn. You shouldn't be in management.
