The place is never taken care of. It has bed bugs in some units. Elevators are always down. You have zero privacy, security gaurds stand outside your door and listen to what you’re doing inside your unit. I strongly recommend not renting or leasing apartments with the towers you will truly be dissatisfied.
Built by the same architect who constructed the Gaylord Towers in Steubenville and the Canton Towers in Canton, this building (like the one in Steubenville) opened in 1979 and features two Dover hydraulic elevators original to the building. They are much like the ones at Gaylord Towers, with the exception of the cabs being swapped around in both places (while the bigger car at Gaylord opens on the right and the smaller car opens on the left).
