I saw Dr Seto in regards to my anxiety and depression. Upon first meeting her, she asked that I describe my anxieties and when I gave her some examples she then made me feel even more anxious about what I was worried about in the first place. After that, I was holding my jacket and she asked to hang it up and I said no thank you, I'm fine, and she grabbed it out of my hands and said I was holding onto it too tightly and I needed to relax. I've been going to Alliance for 5+ years. Jamie Ackerman has helped me with a variety of sports related injuries and strains, and at each visit takes the time to fully explain the treatment and how it works. Now after having my first baby, she's helping me get realigned and ready to begin training again. I trust her 100%, it's a nice feeling! I have recommended Alliance Wellness to friends and family and would extend that to anyone looking for comprehensive and genuinely caring physio and chiropractic services.
The entire team at Alliance Wellness is amazing! I have my chiropractor, physiotherapist, naturopath and registered massage therapist all under one roof and to make things better they all communicate with each other to ensure they work as a cohesive team to better aid in my over all well being. I recommend Taylor, Andrew, Nicholas and Stella to anyone that asks. Great job!
