I have Carolyn as my RMT, very kind, and very receptive to accommodating your needs. I am not one that likes the deep massage, and Carolyn is great for asking if you are ok, and asking if you are comfortable. Very happy I chose her !
Caroline has been my massage therapist for about 8 years and I have gone nearly monthly for that time. She's helped me learn out good stretches to help what ails me.
Heidi is truly the most gifted RMT I have ever seen! She made a huge difference in my pain level and mobility.
