Caroline has been my massage therapist for about 8 years and I have gone nearly monthly for that time. She's helped me learn out good stretches to help what ails me.
Heidi is truly the most gifted RMT I have ever seen! She made a huge difference in my pain level and mobility.
I was so grateful to see Heidi today. I was only in Kelowna overnight and was able to book an appointment for today just last night. This is an opportunity I never get to have living in OK Falls. Donna at Alliance is the best RMT that I have personally seen. She has been able to help me with my tension headaches and neck pain. I also love how easy it is to book and the flexible times. I would highly recommend Donna and her team for your RMT needs.
This place is a hidden gem! I injured my back and was so grateful I could get an appointment here the next day. They intentionally don't book up months in advance because they care about people who can't wait a month or 2 before getting a massage. I saw Donna who helped me so much. I will definitely continue getting my massages here. Highly recommend!
