This will be my third year filing with this company. Suzanne goes above and beyond when I have questions. She does her research to make sure I’m getting the correct information. I will continue to do my taxes with this company.
Excellent Customer Service!, Knowledgeable and Professional. I used a tax service for over 20 years. I tried this company last year and Alliance is my new tax preparers for personal and business. We relocated to Douglasville in the fall and knew we had a complicated tax year for 2023 with the sale of a home in another state, etc. Suzanne took that complicated mess and made sense of the whole thing - 2 states and the IRS. We were very happy with her kind attention and patience as we navigated. Cannot recommend her more!
