My name is Jacob and this company filled my mother's and mine taxes gave both of us a $500. Loan, then when I requested a copy of my return they tell me that they didn't file because I had same depends as mother and swears they didn't give me a loan claiming to have only gave my mom one and yet I can show proof of a 500. Charged me and my dads gf $2,000 just to prepare our taxes
My tax return was over 4k but he told me I’ll only get back 1637 but as I was looking through the documents I seen that damn near my whole EIC plus more would’ve been going to him. I’ve never heard anyone that’s entitled to get almost their whole tax return. I’m pretty sure this isn’t the first time they’ve doine this especially withsingle parents depending on their tax return to make ends meet smh if you do decide to deal with them make sure you document everything.. inbox me if you wanna see the screenshots of this scam.
Fans or employee of this company, trolling on liberty tax page. Would attach screen shots if get option. But trying to advertising on competition, looks like bad advertising to me. I have never heard of this co. Born in fl. Family in Tampa and Jacksonville. So only reason head of this alliance tax group is only from some bad advertising.
I’ve been going here for the past 3 years I love it because it’s easy I can sit at home and file my taxes I never really had any problems with ANYTHING when it came to my tax refund!! and if I did I got a fast response and it was fixed!! Thank you to your team I will be back next year!
