Would give 0 stars if I could. My mom was fitted for her wheelchair in February, it's now almost July and we still don't have her chair. Her wheelchair wasn't even submitted to insurance until April. Since then we have gotten a constant moronathon of excuses from Alliance Rehab or UHC. Each time we call it's a new excuse of why the appeal wasn't submitted or the chair wasn't approved. This place is absolute garbage. Do not waste your time. They give you another bs excuse for something not happening on their end. I was told the process to get my mom a wheelchair was going to be 2 months. We are on month 5. My mom is not healing properly due to her sitting in an old beat up wheelchair. Its pathetic. I am going to complain everywhere I can about this place. They do not deserve a 3 star review. Adam will give you the most excuses and never takes accountability or remembers what he tells you. Corey was absolutely phenomenal and a pleasure to work with! He was honest and upfront about everything and was incredibly helpful! Highly recommend!
I have called 5 times and I spoke with one of their people 4 time's and they said they couldn't find a tech,and now they have waited so long that the armrest is broken and I could maybe sue them because I have fallen out of my chair because of this.
