In my opinion, the tipping culture at this establishment is excessive and detracts from the overall experience. Clients are already paying for the service, so pressuring them for additional tips feels unprofessional and unnecessary. If tipping is considered essential, it would be more appropriate to include it in the service price rather than creating an uncomfortable situation for clients.
