Automated payment system never works. I try and try to make my payments but their system doesn’t recognize 100.00 as a value. Not a great collection agency if they can’t even figure out their values
Everybody should look up the laws according to the federal statutes neither this is us of the public are you driving commercial goods for hire is your personal car a commercial vehicle can these corporations even answer this questions The laws right there in the picture any questions ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️
They lie, and use extortion to get payment. They will tell you incorrect totals for what's holding your license. In order to get you to pay higher down payment. Half of them allow 10%, the rest want half down. They have taken payments for relicense programs and paid credit card bills they have accounts with in your name as well. And then turn around and default you on the program and suspend your license. These people have no boundaries. They all lie. And if you try to contact management they never call you back!
Went in today (8-21-17) at about 9:45 am. Two females were working didn't get the first ones name that helped me but she was awesome. Their system was down when I 1st got their. After it was back up she informed me she was able 2 help. She helped me figure out what I owed and then told me to call the 800 number to try and get a settlement. I called Wednesday (12/27) to get set up for a settlement with a payment plan. They gave me a quote and said you have until Friday to pay the down payment to start it as i did not have the money at the moment. I called friday morning (12/29) all agents were busy, kept hearing the automated voice and after 6 mins of waiting the system hung up. Called back again same thing.
