They lie, and use extortion to get payment. They will tell you incorrect totals for what's holding your license. In order to get you to pay higher down payment. Half of them allow 10%, the rest want half down. They have taken payments for relicense programs and paid credit card bills they have accounts with in your name as well. And then turn around and default you on the program and suspend your license. These people have no boundaries. They all lie. And if you try to contact management they never call you back!

Went in today (8-21-17) at about 9:45 am. Two females were working didn't get the first ones name that helped me but she was awesome. Their system was down when I 1st got their. After it was back up she informed me she was able 2 help. She helped me figure out what I owed and then told me to call the 800 number to try and get a settlement. So I did and then went back and it was the other female (Amy) and she too was awesome. I called Wednesday (12/27) to get set up for a settlement with a payment plan. They gave me a quote and said you have until Friday to pay the down payment to start it as i did not have the money at the moment. I called friday morning (12/29) all agents were busy, kept hearing the automated voice and after 6 mins of waiting the system hung up. Called back again same thing. I been paying Signal $25 for a few years and all of sudden after I made payment I'm dropped for no reason, here is what's shady alliance one calls me trying to say they need $600 down and $280 a month so I dont loose my drivers license. Wth I'm going to further investigate if anyone has had any of this happen to them please let me know asap.

Not every agent seems to allow speaker phone during conversation for personal convenience, or for third party listener/ card holders to be present, but regardless they honestly present all original sources and balances and solutions to timely payoff debts. Honest professional customer care.
