Got a call from them about two tickets in collections she told me what they were I told her I wasn't working she THEN ASKED ME WELL HOW ARE YOU PAYING FOR YOUR PHONE I SAID MY GF HELPED THEN SHE ASKED WHERE IS SHE CAN SHE HELP WITH PAYMENT I TOLD HER IF REALLY MUST KNOW SHE IS IN JAIL. LADY SAID OKAY WELL WERE GOING TO SUSPEND YOUR LICENSE... I SAID GREAT THAT WILL MAKE IT HARDER TO FIND WORK AND HU G UP SUPER RUDE SHARKS

They lie, and use extortion to get payment. They will tell you incorrect totals for what's holding your license. In order to get you to pay higher down payment. Half of them allow 10%, the rest want half down. They have taken payments for relicense programs and paid credit card bills they have accounts with in your name as well. And then turn around and default you on the program and suspend your license. These people have no boundaries. They all lie. And if you try to contact management they never call you back!

Automated payment system never works. I try and try to make my payments but their system doesn’t recognize 100.00 as a value. Not a great collection agency if they can’t even figure out their values

Went in today (8-21-17) at about 9:45 am. Two females were working didn't get the first ones name that helped me but she was awesome. Their system was down when I 1st got their. After it was back up she informed me she was able 2 help. She helped me figure out what I owed and then told me to call the 800 number to try and get a settlement. So I did and then went back and it was the other female (Amy) and she too was awesome. I called Wednesday (12/27) to get set up for a settlement with a payment plan. They gave me a quote and said you have until Friday to pay the down payment to start it as i did not have the money at the moment. I called friday morning (12/29) all agents were busy, kept hearing the automated voice and after 6 mins of waiting the system hung up. Called back again same thing.
