Not sure of the bad reviews. From my first experience, I felt like I was comfortable and the employees were helpful, kind and friendly. As for wait times. I did 4 different things and was out in an hour.
UPDATE: Update after working with Alliance: their service has been much better since the first time I had been here. I appreciate the hard work of the staff especially those in the front desks, the physical therapy side and the RNs. While their communication and their service has been better, the wait time is still extremely long even with an appointment due to a lack of availability of doctors and management overbooking appointments which they are not able to fulfill.
