Clinic took me on a walk-in basis for DMV commercial medical exam. Within 2 hours, for just $100, I had what I needed for DMV. Good overall experience; will return next year.
SUPER friendly and accommodating staff! I was a walk-in for prebooked lab tests in a format they were unfamiliar with, but they were helpful and got it sorted out quickly and actually saved me $20 compared to what I had booked online for the same tests. They were super fast with the testing and getting my results to me. Office is clean and has a nice waiting area with vending which helps if you're getting bloodwork.
I was there for my works annual physical exam. I made my appointment, arrived on time. Waited half hour to be called and was told that their radiology tech was not there so i was sent to a different facility in Santa Clara as well..the staff told me that it would be very fast for me because I was already registered...however there was no communication between two centers. I had to wait 3 hours to be able to be seen. Super inefficient. The appointment itself only lasted for 10 mins..3 hours for 10 mins of visit. Ridiculous. J... read more
