Although friendly, the mortgage experience did not go smoothly. We only went with this company to get the closing incentive from our builder. They were not able to get us closed on the date we intended to close, causing us to spend copious amounts of money on lodging and storage for our belongings while we waited. Communication during the process was not that great, either. We were told that we could do bi weekly payments with our mortgage company by sending in a half payment a month early; WHICH IS NOT TRUE. You really want to think twice before going to this company for mortgage. I was promised to get USDA, and when my house was ready to close, the lender told me that i don't qualify for USDA, i then realized that that lender doesn't offer USAD and wanted to make me go with FHA by making me sign their contract. Thanks to my company that helped me to get out of this contract and save my future residence mortgage. I don't recommend this place to any one unless you want to face another mortgage crisis.
