Absolute worst place you could ever go to for anything regarding a CDL, when I first started with the company I'm at they asked to go here and get a physical done for a new Med Card. I went they tested me, found out I've had surgery then made me jump through every hurdle known to man before giving me a 6 month Med Card. I didn't even know a 6 month existed, all Ive ever had is a 2 year... and keep in mind I had surgery BEFORE I even got a CDL. I work with this clinic on a regular basis. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
Don’t bother coming here for a D.O.T physical if you are not Barbie or Ken shaped you will only get a 3 month card. Go somewhere else that does not enforce the sleep study and uses common sense about health. This place is teller cheapest for a reason. It is a trap! The staff is rude and tried to not give me the 3 month card the CNP said she was giving me. And was more more when she found out she was wrong.
