I almost never write reviews but in this case I am glad to. I have nothing but positive things to say about Connie at The Alliance for Senior Housing. She came highly recommended by others that have worked with her in Traverse City and I can say with enthusiasm that she exceeded our high expectations. Connie started working with my mom a couple of years before my brother and I thought she might need assisted living - looking at what was available and how the process worked. For months I was searching for an assisted living facility that would be a good fit for my 46 year old daughter who suffers from psychiatric disability. It was during one of these facility visits that I met a very empathetic facility director who suggested I contact Connie Hintsala President of Alliance for help in finding the best living situation for my daughter, Kelly. In our family’s moment of need, Connie provided the guidance, professionalism, and caring we needed. Connie was very knowledgeable and directed us to several assisted living facilities, for consideration, that she knew would fit our mother’s needs. Thank you for your assistance. I had no idea where to look, but you stepped up and had the information I needed. And what questions to ask. My husband is at Sunnyside, in Cadillac, Michigan. Connie, you should come look at them. It’s a wonderful place. The care is done with love. This place was an answer to prayer. I go and visit and eat my noon meal with Rex They have a couple of openings, check them out.
