New website is harder to figure out and the contact button doesn't work. It is harder to see the information I need to see. When something isn't broke why mess with it. Money wasted on the new website. Plus there was no notification to this member that changes were coming. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what had happened to online information.
I’ve banked with Alliance for years and this by far is the best location! Great tellers! Always so polite, this is my favorite alliance by far! Thanks guys for always making me feel welcomed and taking care of us!
