I’ve been banking here for over a year and it’s been nothing but trouble. Customer service is horrible the fees are horrible, closing my account for a different credit union.

RecommendedI'll be in ASAP, to close my account for several reasons. one each branch seems to practice different guidelines when it depositing checks. they just don't offer convient services like other financial institutions. Also taking payment out of my account to pay my loan without my permission. lastly Chris with her rude and poor customer service skills when asked about process of checks clearing.
When I was a member of Alliance I was robbed at gunpoint and they used my card. Alliance was aware of the fraud, contacted me when they tried to use my debit card, was given a copy of the police report and they still made me pay overdraft fees and penalties.

the customer service at the Fenton call center is unacceptable, unprofessional, and just down right Atrocious!! Operator Chris, and the supervisor told me basically that I could take my business elsewhere!! they took over Laclede family credit union, (which is now called Spire based in St. Louis Missouri) And I have been told by quite a lot of Spire employees that still bank with Alliance that the call center is trash!!
Abandon hope for good fiduciary business practices here.

Recommendedwe have been part of Alliance Credit Union for many years. we have enjoyed doing business with them and have no intention of leaving. We have enjoyed the people we deal with. Have financed several cars , personal loans, and home improvement loans. We deal with the O'Fallon location now.
