Biased business.
There’s one person in that office who actually has good customer service skills. You call and get Vicky and she is VERY rude. It doesn’t matter how nice you are, she’s careless and ALWAYS has an attitude. So glad I switched banks and don’t have to worry about inconsiderate behavior.
every time i call they are very rude and have an attitude with me and i don’t get it. if i have a simple question i get huffed and puffed at. don’t know why i haven’t switched banks yet honestly
Julie and Ben are AMAZING! They explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Julie was even able to get me grant for my home purchase. If you ever need a loan I highly recommend talking to them.
