Had a supervisor, Jose Jimenez, call me back. He just blatantly lied and said alliance doesn’t add any fees to their collections. I called the clerk of court to verify in clerk of court even sent me a list of the amounts they sent over to alliance improved that alliance does actually in charge a 25% fee. Told Jose this and even offered to send him the form from clerk of court. He then called me a liar and hung up. Shocking that these guys have no accountability on their behavior. This company keeps calling me for a debt for someone that I don't even know. I've told them this, time and time again, and they've promised to opt me out of having to deal with their nonsense, going forward. They never identify themselves, but the AI voice gives you their actual phone number. I plugged this into Google and found out who they really are. They use an unlimited amount of spoofed phone numbers from various states to contact you, daily, using generic AI voices. They try to trick you into talking to one of their l... read more

Keep calling but it's always a recording for me to call them back never an actual person, and I have never received a bill in the mail. If you really want my money send me a bill or at least have an actual person call.
