They called me even though I am filing chapter 7 it's literally illegal to call me.
This company keeps calling me for a debt for someone that I don't even know. I've told them this, time and time again, and they've promised to opt me out of having to deal with their nonsense, going forward. They never identify themselves, but the AI voice gives you their actual phone number. I plugged this into Google and found out who they really are. Keep calling but it's always a recording for me to call them back never an actual person, and I have never received a bill in the mail. If you really want my money send me a bill or at least have an actual person call.
I was turned in to collections by AmWager claiming I had several checks that were returned for insufficient funds. Absolutely impossible since 1. I don't have a checking account and 2. I only used a green dot debit card to deposit cash. It's a prepaid card so there can't be any insufficient funds. I finally thought I got this cleared up and everything was ok. But today I looked and my credit report and it shows collections for Alliance just recently as June. Unbelievable!!
I had the pleasure of talking to Travis who walked me through each step and throughly explained my debt to me. This is a very anxiety driven situation that no one enjoys being in but Travis made the process very simplified for me. Thank you again Travis.
