Your receptionist (or whoever answered the phone this morning) is RUDE AS ALL GETOUT! I watched bus 12 fly down 23rd street & didn't even slow down at the stops, let alone actually make the stop & when i called, all i got was attitude. Obviously these "people" don't care about the 25 minutes frostbite window in subzero weather.
