I’ve been a customer for a long time and have generally appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the ease of using the online banking platform. The interest rates on accounts have been lackluster unless you lock funds into a CD, but I stayed because I valued the relationship and convenience. Recently, I experienced fraud on my account where nearly half of my balance was removed in a single day.
