The staff is very friendly. The only weird thing is that they do not have a money counting machine at the counters where they count the cash in front of you. They take the money into a back room to which could be a sore point for some people especially if there are discrepancies. The account website and app leaves much to be desired.
Michelle and Alliance CCU have been magnificent throughout our years with the branch. However, today Michelle went above and beyond assisting us with a very serious issue. We appreciate the help and the prompt assistance.
