Was out of state and couldn’t use my credit card. Called and Debbie said it was no longer good and that a new card was issued. Debbie said they sent numerous emails and called. I checked all my incoming emails and phone calls and NOTHING was sent. I only have that one credit card and asked if she could fedex me a new card. No she said we don’t do that. Purchased an enclosed trailer in 2019, just paid off and purchased a larger trailer with LQ. I had excellent service on our loan and no extra hoops on the purchase of another one. Highly recommend this credit union
