Everyone is super helpful and nice, i come in at lunch and everyone is very fast and its never a long line. Been with them since it was Michigan CCU and i don't think i will change.
Don’t ask for customer service. 10 fee when u can’t get app to work. Incredible poor customer service. And agent did not care that I felt that way either.
Working with Kristyn on financing a car was so helpful and quick! She was able to answer all my questions and recommend all the best options for my situation. She was so friendly and it was such a pleasure to chat with her and work through all the details which can otherwise be such a pain.
