I am using this credit union for a while. This time I needed assistance with getting the loan. I really appreciate all assistance I received from mr. Lee during this process. I will recommend this branch to my family and friends !

Accu is a great credit union! David and Kathy are great managers. Ms. Lee, Miss. Julia and Haley are great tellers! They are always ready to assist me when I come in. They are always happy to help me with anything I need!
I went in to open an account for my daughter. But I was told it was too close to closing time. You can't open one online. There's no paper application to take and bring back. And the teller didn't give me any idea of how long it takes. So far, I'm not impressed. Maybe if I have a non-banking holiday off I will be able to come in, but I still don't have any idea how long it will take and I live 20 minutes away. I was looking for a Catholic credit union. But maybe I'm better off with Christian Financial.
Everyone is super helpful and nice, i come in at lunch and everyone is very fast and its never a long line. Been with them since it was Michigan CCU and i don't think i will change.
