They have been my Credit Union for many, many years, they ARE the BEST!!!! They have ALWAYS treated me WELL and I strongly feel that everyone should go to them!!!
I have been a member since 2012. It wasn't until just recently that my account was misused by DoorDash and PayPal. Vidya Shetty, a representative in Member Services, for Alliance Catholic Credit Union, handled my case professionally and quickly. Her knowledge in the field expedited to assist me in closing my account with PayPay, opening a new account with Alliance and refunding the money to my account. Make an appointment with Ms. Shetty, for any services to members, especially if you are a victim of FRAUD!
Very nice employees
extremely slow service if you need anything beyond basic cash deposits or withdrawals at the teller desks. Waiting room times often exceed 30 minutes even when the place is empty.
Erisa was very helpful when I applied for loan.
