Edisa was incredible. She was very patient and clearly explained to me something that was very confusing - In fact she needed to speak with another manager to understand one item. Then she was able to piece together the issue - Like a detective. AWESOME KIND PERSON.
Well let me start by saying that the Troy office was astounding helping me with my needs. I, at this time, only have a loan taken out from them but am considering moving all my accounts over. Was really pleased with the professional services that I received when going in. Wish I could remember my associates name. She was beyond helpful. Highly recommended and appreciated customer.
