Poor customer service My church used to order Altar Wine from Alliance. Delivery was very unreliable. The last time we ordered from them we waited all day for a delivery, only to be told (when we finally called them) that our item was out-of-stock. They did not mention that when we placed the order, nor they they call to notify us. We haven't used them again.
