After not sending me my 1099-R for rolling over my 401K plan, they charged me for a copy.
I fired ABGRM as they charged way more then their competition, their customer service was awful and lackluster, and for many more reasons. I also fired the financial adviser who suggested I work with ABGRM. My financial adviser informed me he was considering moving his other clients away from ABGRM after I terminate him, as other clients of my financial advisor have complied about ABGRM.
They are not helpful at all and it is so hard to every get anyone on the phone to help figure anything out!! then when you email they will help you for a minute then go weeks with no communication even after sending tons of emails to try to get a response. Never use thing company for FSA account. When you get a FSA account it is with the intention of making life easier and this company has made having an FSA account a literal nightmare.
