I been working with alliance for some years now, and I never had a problem with them until a year ago when I have been assigned Jasmine. She allowed me to lose my place because she didn't want to properly advocate for my needs. And now since they had just did a transfer in caseworkers, they left me stranded on a second floor apartment with no way to get down Not to mention I can't walk at all. By far the worst insurance company. I was forced to have this piece of garbage company , instead of what I had before. Every damned time I go to see a doctor, I'm told that this company does not cover it. What the hell is the point in having insurance if they don't cover anything?! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star and the only reason I did is because I can't leave 0.

All I will say I don't care for them. The care coordinators just talk and say they have this service and that service and never follows up on anything. They don't work around my schedule, always has to be theirs. When they come to my home they talk about their life and how busy they are. Just to mention a few things.
