3 weeks ago i was looking for private insurance. Since then I receive 6 to 10 calls a day, even though I have requested multiple times to be removed from the call list. I also let them know that I now have insurance. Very pushy and they don't note your account.

My son has been used autism service more than 2 years with other insurance company and has never been issued. Even We don't have any issues with this company for using autism service in the first year after transferring from wellcare company. Now, They denied every payment for autism service. Why Dss office look for these kinds of cheap scam bags company for kids.

a Awful, awful, just awful. I call to have my daughter's pcp changed. Here's what happened. I called three times. The first call was from someone who couldn't even pronounce the word integrated. She stated that I will receive the new id card in 5-7 business days. Call number two - I was told that it will take 5-7 business days for the change to show up in the system and that the new id card will arrive in about 2-3 weeks (really-such bs).
