All I will say I don't care for them. The care coordinators just talk and say they have this service and that service and never follows up on anything. They don't work around my schedule, always has to be theirs. When they come to my home they talk about their life and how busy they are. Just to mention a few things.
Today I called trying to get information for my son who has special needs, Ms. Latoya was absolutely amazing to me. Was very responsive, answered all my questions and most importantly Helped me. I feel like I have been going around the circles with not knowing who to talk to get my son the help he desperately needs. Thank you Latoya for answering all my questions and for going out your way to help me. God bless you….
Alliance is ridiculous insurance money spent for whatever reason I don’t know the phone recordings don’t work and can’t locate anyone on your case or whoever else that’s getting pd for no reason-very frustrated w/all their lies and inconsideration of and for others/As for me this organization is horrible/housing inspectors, so called case managers has been nothing but HABITUAL LIERS Nobody’s getting in touch with you/ and this process is very validated!!! The worst insurance company!! Do not switch they dont care about your needs and keep running you around to get care that you had before the took over but now wont allow for my home nurse even affter submitting forms and with 2 grevences submitted. If I could do no star i would. Bc of this im waiting on am ambulance to pick me up and take me to the hospital to get the care I need due to alliance no authorization of stuff.
The workers work from home and turn their phones off so nothing gets handled recipients do not get the care due to this if you are going through non payment issues file a medical malpractice lawsuit your suppose to have the proper care needed…..
