This branch app by far is the worse app I have ever encountered in my life you call support and they have you on hold for hours and hours or they just don’t pick up the phone I was on the phone waiting 4hours for someone to pick up then they tell you to use the chat box which they don’t answer the questions correctly. I’m locked out my branch account and never received my branch card. I would rather use chime or cash app this branch app is HORRIBLE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD
