Came to this location to cash a refund check from my school and I was told their policy change and they’re not able to cash their own checks. I was profiled at this location because another location was able to accommodate me. Do not appreciate the racist undertone. Do not recommend.
Number 1, ten of ten , the staff at the Chandler branch , Klayb, Natalie, Lori, and Lauren and absolutely amazing. Smiling , happy , helpful, they go out of their way to take extra care of me. The best branch banking experience I have ever had . I highly recommend doing business with Alliance Bank, as you will experience the best customer service.
After doing thorough research into opening a HYSA, I decided to go with Western Alliance as they had a branch close to me while still offering the highest APY that I could find. I walked in without an appointment and Lauren immediately greeted me and asked what she could do to help me out. She explained what accounts WA offered and told me that while the HYSA were exclusively online, she would see what she could do about getting me set up in-branch.
