Horrible representative.. I went to the location on Craycroft and got the rudest woman. Her lack of customer service skills was disgusting! She did not care about what I needed and definitely didn't try to help me at all. I left there so upset. Will never go back.

Western Alliance Bank of Arizona, especially the Craycroft branch in tucson, is AMAZING! From day one, Patty and all the ladies at this branch made it a pleasure to "bank" with them! Always a smile, kindness and very supportive in everyway. Knowing I'd be going to the branch, there'd be a smile on my face. the ladies always had a moment, there was never any rush to "get done" with requests. We’ve been a customer at Alliance Bank (Williams Center) for many years. All of their staff in Business Banking are very professional and knowledgeable in particular Pat Money.
