I wanted to take a moment and thank all the ladies for the wonderful customer service they provide at the Craycroft branch. I walk in with my little sidekick "Tedly" and feel like Norm at Cheers where they all know your name. service is prompt, friendly and Tedly scores a treat. It is refreshing to not be treated like a number, so thank you Blanca, Deanna, Gaby, Kathy and Pat Money (how apropso).
Horrible representative.. I went to the location on Craycroft and got the rudest woman. Her lack of customer service skills was disgusting! She did not care about what I needed and definitely didn't try to help me at all. I left there so upset. Will never go back.
