App issues over the weekend caused my account to remove money from my savings. When I called customer support at 8:30 in the morning, they said they would get someone to call me back. I ended up calling them back at 4:00 to be talked down to by two very confused women who did not want to admit that the online app issue over the weekend caused issues with my account. We will be shutting down our accounts and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you do use this bank, I would recommend paying everything with checks instead ... read more
The app doesn't accurately show how much money is in your account, and the staff can be rude if you have an issue. For digital/online banking look elsewhere.
This is a bank run by managers and employees that participate and promote fraudulent activities, including going into customers accounts and changing wordage of fraudulent transactions namely Hannah Carrey and Rossy Maldonado. If you are a customer, make sure to check your daily statements, and verify their legitimacy. I will be reporting this outfit to the FBI for investigations of fraud and tampering with evidence.
