We're at the hotel across from this bank. Husband needed change to sell our Blue Knight raffle tickets. We Purchased 100.00 from the ATM paid 3.00 fee..took this $100.00 in the Bank and the teller refused to exchange the $100.00 dollar bills for 10 $5.00 bills and 5--$10.00 dollar bills. Teller called some guy out and spoke with my husband and he said it was policy if we did not have and account they could not make change. He explained he just got money out of there ATM machine paid the $3.00 fee so that made he a customer. ... read more
