What a major eyesore 🥹of Downtown area, this has become Ought, to tear it completely down.. also, so many Gang bangers! Now in the surrounding area.. St.Paul, D.town.. wise really sucks now.
I'm not sure there's a way to get into this building from street level. I circled the entire thing before giving up and going in through a neighboring building. The tenants in the food court are great if you can get there. The trash bins in the food court are unclear if they are trash or recycling, in hard to read writing they say, but I don't think they are followed, because people can't easily determine what they are for.
