UPDATE to previous review: I want to thank Jeff Byrnes and his staff (Downtown Mt. Vernon, TX Branch) for resolving the issue with my expired Bank Debit card. My husband and I had a nice chat with Jeff about our Bank concerns. He made sure that our issues were resolved before we left that day.
