It's a bank
I have used this bank for 7 years. They get 1 stars from me because I've had several bad experiences now. They gave me a small grant for my house. I've never missed a payment after 5 years. They won't approve a home equity loan for a new roof even though there is water damage and it's getting worse. Covid really put us in a bind and Alliance bank doesn't seem to care what kind of relationship you've had in the past with them. They only care about numbers and paperwork.
