Workers are incredibly rude!!! I couldn't believe it. Wouldn't help us because we weren't customers. I just moved the lake city, of course I don't bank here yet. I definitely will not be choosing them. I recommend looking for new employees
The people who work at this bank are rude and incompetent. I've had multiple issues with them. I had a fraudulent charge on my card and called to have it stopped. The charge was not stopped, the money was still taken from my account, and the "new card" they ordered that was supposed to arrive in 10-14 business days had yet to arrive after 16 business days.
