I am having trouble getting ahold of my case manager Brenna. I call and leave messages but no call back. I think they have blocked my number . When I call the line hangs up on me. I am trying to withdraw some money to pay for my roof replacement.
Brian Lamone was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions quickly and with patience regarding my estate documents. He was ultra-organized and was considerate about getting the necessary witness signatures so that my witnesses could leave and this was important to me (one of my witnesses was physically impaired). I cannot stress enough how utterly pleased I was with the service Brian provided and I look forward to working with him in the future!
Brian was great….. explained everything so it was easy to understand
