I’m a regular Allez customer but today was not a good experience. Zero customer service from the you guy on the counter. He was too involved with his mates to bother serving or even acknowledging my existence. I ended up walking out after 5 minutes of no interaction or acknowledgement. Even then i don’t think he knew i was there. Bit disappointed after being such a long standing customer. You need to teach your junior staff about what customer service looks like.

Great efficient customer service. Staff have great knowledge and helped me out a lot to get me in to my best running shoes yet.
A good variety of trainers weather it's running or just walking in comfort you can't go wrong, the staff are friendly and have a great product knowledge.
Went in to look for a pair of shoes today and did not receive an ounce of customer service. Had to find the shoes myself and wasn't acknowledged until I had decided to make a purchase.
