As a wheelchair user, my experience at Alleyway Theatre was decidedly mixed. I emailed the box office to ask for an accessible seat, and they said they couldn't help me. I went round and round with the ticketing website and got nowhere. I finally contacted the show (Saw the Musical) directly. Saw got in touch with Alleyway, and Alleyway immediately solved my issue. The theater was small, but that was expected. It was clean and staff did a good job. The reason for only 3 stars is because there is no walkway or exit lighting (or it wasn't used for the show I was at) to assist people who need to leave their seating during a lights-out scene in the show. You have to walk blindly to find the exit in pitch dark.
Saw the musical was a fantastic show! Had my girlfriend and I cracking up! Theater was clean and intimate. Kudos to the cast!!!!
