I had an amazing time with being able to reconnect my body. Peggi was very knowledgeable about trigger points and how to properly have them be released of tension. The cupping was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend anyone with pain or even just looking for a healthier lifestyle to come see Peggi. Definitely a worthy experience.
