Had a very bad phone experience with an associate. Will take my money elsewhere.
We walked around no one was there, we went upstairs no one was there. I don't like pressure salesman but they had no salesman. I left.
Just came in to look around, and Jack Alles was fantastic with assisting us. Very knowledgeable on all of the displayed product, and the layout of this store was awesome. 3 full floors of Chairs, recliners, bedroom sets, and more. We were looking for a specific upholstered chair with a specific look and specific upholstery, and have had no luck in Evansville or any of these big name stores. Jack helped us find the perfect chair, and the sturdiness
The Henderson store is just not like it used to be. They are rude when they answer the phone, and don't want to give any info about stock they have. The one in Mt. Vernon is much better to deal with.
