Très bon service après-vente au niveau des garanties. J'ai acheté des couvres oreillers il y a 4 ans et la membrane de plastique a l'intérieur a fondu au lavage! Ils ont été échangé par ceux sans la membrane. Je vous conseille la game MediSoft. N'est pas imperméable, mais est beaucoup plus résistant.
