The customer service here is unbelievable—in the worst way. I called with a simple question and the person who answered was extremely rude and actually hung up on me while I was speaking. Por favor llévense de todas las gentes que le dicen que no viajen con esta compañía. mi prima agendo un viaje de PA a NY le dijeron que pasaban a recoger a partir de la 4:30 pm que estuviera lista, ala 4:14 pm me llamaron que ya estaban a fuera ella no estaba lista so me dijeron si lo podía alcanzar en la próxima parada.
