Spoke with somebody named Kevin who sounded inconvenienced by me calling him to inquire about a complicated real estate transaction. Very rude, unprofessional, angry and hung up on me after 15 seconds. Would not recommend.
Kevin was great to work with. He guided us through the mortgage process and shared insights on the Lehigh Valley area/school districts, which was especially appreciated as we were moving from out of state. Met Kevin almost a year ago. He was helping me with a purchase. Gave me pre approval letters quickly. Then, I changed my mind and decided to refinance my home. Again, he helped me and waited on me. It took me forever to get my things together but he worked with me and got me approved. I'd recommend Allentown mortgage! Kevin is straight to the point and allows you to finish your sentence when speaking. That was a big factor for me.
