If you have had dealings with Zach Allen/Allen Auctions and had not been paid and he is not returning your phone calls. You need to file a complaint with NC auctioneer board immediately. And contact local sheriff office and file a complaint also.
No one will return our calls, emails or texts. We still have't received the payout for our estate auction. I've offered to send someone to get the check since they seem incapable of properly mailing things. All I get are Crickets..... Do not recommend.
